Unique Construction is a family-owned and family-focused construction company specializing in Residential Housing. UC’s main focus is Multi-Family Apartment and Neighborhood Developments that are tailored to a community’s specific housing needs. Through collaboration with city organizations we help design and develop right housing solution for individual communities that are attractive, enticing, affordable, and sustainable.

Unique Construction is Owned and Operated by Troy Johnson from Fergus Falls, MN.  Troy has nearly two decades experience in the construction industry, specializing in commercial construction. He holds his Carpentry degree from Alexandria Technical College and is licensed as a General Contractor. He currently sits on the Alexandria Technical College advisory board and is also a part time instructor for the Carpentry program.
